Workplace Counselling for Businesses
A human approach to workplace wellbeing
Many small and medium businesses want to support their staff emotionally, but feel unsure where to start. Generic employee assistance programmes can feel impersonal and are often underused.
I offer confidential counselling support that is relational, grounded and accessible. Someone your staff can talk to when work pressure, anxiety or life outside work starts to feel overwhelming.

I offer confidential online counselling for employees, designed to fit easily alongside the working day.
Support helps staff manage stress and burnout, reduce anxiety and low mood, and cope with pressure, uncertainty and change at work. It also supports employees with relationship or family difficulties that may be affecting focus, confidence and performance.
Providing timely, professional support can help reduce absence, improve wellbeing and shows a clear commitment to your employees’ mental health.

Alongside open ended counselling, I offer a structured 12 week counselling programme for individuals. This suits employees who value a clear timeframe and focused support.
The programme involves weekly online sessions over 12 weeks and is designed to fit alongside work and life commitments.
For businesses, support is arranged through a simple monthly agreement shaped around your size and needs. Some organisations choose to book a protected block of time each week, for example five hours. Within this time, I can support up to five individuals, each receiving weekly counselling over a 12 week period.
This model offers predictable, time limited support for employees and a clear, well boundaried arrangement for employers, without ongoing administration.

Working with an independent therapist offers something different from large scale EAP services.
A consistent, named therapist
A relational and compassionate approach
An understanding of shame, anxiety and emotional regulation
Support that feels human rather than clinical
It also allows businesses to offer meaningful wellbeing support without long term contracts or complex systems.

This counselling support is designed to sit comfortably alongside existing workplace structures and benefits.
It does not replace private medical insurance, EAP services or HR processes. Employees can choose whether or not to use this support.
The service operates independently from HR. I do not provide performance feedback, reports or individual information about employees, and I am not involved in disciplinary, grievance or management processes.
Confidentiality is maintained in line with professional and ethical standards. Clear agreements are in place for both businesses and employees, outlining roles, boundaries and ways of working from the outset.
Sessions are arranged directly with employees and designed to fit alongside work commitments, offering supportive care without adding complexity for employers.
